So much anger out there.
So much inconsideration, invalidation, detonation, destruction, and dehumanization.
I still have a hippie heart, and I’m still trying to learn how to incorporate peace into the world, which starts with my own life.
Happily, I have a good example right now…a puppy. I have peace like a puppy.

Imagine not worrying. Imagine no anxiety. Imagine, and breath.

Peace is still here. It’s in the clouds….

There is peace in the trees…

It’s in the flowers….

Peace like a puppy, like a cloud, like a tree, like a flower. Things I can see and touch. Peace like a river and the ocean and the mountains. All these help me breath. But mostly, right now, Peace Like A Puppy.

Well said my beautiful friend. I think we can all feel your love and happiness through your words, pictures and smile. Contentment in the world times 3.
Hi Marie, nice to have a sweet form of peace cuddled on my lap, between my feet, sleeping beside me, and being my teacher all at once. Love this little girl. ( oops not THAT little…25 pounds now…), and my big Blue boy too. Dogs are such excellent teachers, if I remember to pay attention.
Love your new puppy!
Tom, Star Light IS very lovable🥰!
I have a friend where I live here in Pennsylvania that has a horse named starlight.
Beautiful name for a horse, too!
Although Nunu is no longer a puppy, peace flows.
Oh yes, for sure! They don’t lose the presence of peace… so glad you have Nunu.
Dear Micky, Your words/images are inspiring. The dogs do it! We lost our sweet anatolian shephard Micah 2 yrs ago and I feel the difference emotionally. I keep telling Paul that I need a service dog, but it falls on deaf ears. Love, Prayers, Marie
Hi Marie,
A Service Dog can make a huge difference in your life!
It’s just amazing what they can help you with…basically whatever your needs are…
I’m so sorry about Micah. I don’t think it’s something we ever ‘get over’. They are much loved family members, and sometimes closer than most family members. ❤️
It is scary how out of control anger is among people. Just yesterday I saw someone shoot a man in the stomach, injuring four organs, for parking in his spot. Then an airline passenger who punched a stewardess for telling her to get in her seat until the plane landed. And many more. People killed for telling someone to wear a mask.
I too find peace with my four cats and three dogs. I wish I could make myself stop watching the news. I end up stressed and feeling a little hopeless about humanity. But simple time throwing my little Papillon’s toy a hundred times for her or just having all the dogs and a cat or two pile in bed with me to read takes my blood pressure back down!
Your puppy makes me long for a youngun’ again! There is nothing like a baby, be it animal or human. But I think I am at my limit now!
Jan for some reason my reply to you went farther down here…
Yes, those of us who can experience peace, in one way or another, are very fortunate indeed. Love the pics of your beautiful little companions.
Yes Eileen, any peace we find, helps. I’m learning to appreciate it where ever I find it.
Love it! XO
💖💖💖
I’m so sorry you have witnessed things like that Jan. The anger… it’s like another virus among humans of late.
So glad you have 7 comforters with you. They make all the difference, and they could care less about the news…peace.
💕
💖
You are such a beautiful person, Micky! We are so honored to have you in our lives.
Ditto Carmen!💖💖
Nothing like a puppy to make things better.
And didn’t mean to leave dogs-older-than-puppies out of the equation!💜
Of course not! 🙂
