I never knew there were so many shades of green.
Green is restful to the eyes and the soul…very relaxing.
Very peaceful.
And then there is blue…
Pink in the fog…
(All the above pictures were taken on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington…somewhere.
And don’t forget golden….yesterday was Shiloh’s birthday. He was 9.
Ok, and I found Jacob!

The Vampire sign is a Hoot!
Hi Reine, I’ve been thinking about you! You must be recently back from your trip. I’ll want to be hearing about that!
Also need to pick your brain about Utah, since I think that will be on my agenda, coming up soon.
Keep the pictures coming so I can continue traveling with you. Hugs!
Hi Linda, I try to post pictures mostly when I have free internet.
Nice green! We’re camping in NH and all I see around me is green also, not quite as many different shades though. Happy Birthday to Shiloh!
Hi Marcia, oh yes, NH is beautiful isn’t it? And come the middle of September it starts turning the most amazing colors of orange, red, gold….
Shiloh says thank you for the birthday wishes!
Can’t believe Shiloh is 9! I remember when you got Joy!
hi Maureen, where does the time go?
La Push, and Forks Washington were locations in the books by Stephenie Meyer. There were more than one: “Twilight,” “New Moon,” “Eclipse,” and “Breaking Dawn.” Did you read any of them? I enjoyed them. At any rate, that is the reason why the sign says, “No Vampires beyond this point.”
Hi Carmen, yes 4 books, 5 movies. Read them and seen them. Reading again. 😊
Now I’ve kinda lived in them too. Fun. Especially having my picture taken next to cardboard Jacob in the Chinese restaurant! Tourist money is good for those little towns so they play it up big…yup even the Chinese restaurant in Forks.
